Billy Braasch is an NRC postdoctoral fellow at NIST. His current research is on how the structure of quantum theory is displayed when it merges with thermodynamics. He has previously examined epistemic interpretations of quantum theory from a quasiprobability perspective. He received his PhD from Dartmouth College in 2020.
